Win a free WebMo to improve your NGO's Monitoring and Collaboration

Are you a small NGO in the field of development cooperation with limited resources, looking to improve your monitoring and collaboration processes? Then you are in the right place! We are giving away 3 free WebMos with hosting for 2 years, worth 3.576 € each, to small NGOs that demonstrate a clear need for our software and how it can help them achieve their goals more effectively.

Contest guidelines

Eligible entrants for this contest are small NGOs in the field of development cooperation with limited budgets, who already have a monitoring system in place, and are based in or supporting partners in developing countries. We will select the NGOs that would a) benefit the most, and b) make the best use of WebMo.

Our judging panel will evaluate entries based on the following criteria:

  • Need: How urgently does the NGO require a monitoring software?
  • Effectiveness: Can they effectively complement their monitoring system with WebMo?
  • Potential: Can WebMo help to improve and optimize the monitoring system?

How to participate

 We start accepting submissions on May 22nd, 2023. The entry deadline is June 16th, 2023. The winners will be announced within two weeks after the contest closes.

What it's all about

At energypedia consult, we are driven by a passion for transparency and efficiency in international development programs. We believe that everyone should have access to tools that can make their work more effective, regardless of the size of their organization or budget.

We know that there are so many small NGOs out there doing great work, who may not have access to the resources they need to fully realize their potential. By offering free hosting, we hope to support these organizations and encourage collaborative monitoring.

The fine-print: Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This contest is open to small non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the field of development cooperation with limited budgets. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of our company are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry: To enter the contest, participants must fill out and submit the entry form provided on our website. Each NGO may only submit one entry. There is no entry fee.
  3. Judging: Entries will be judged based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the contest description.
  4. Prize: The prize for each winner is the free use of a Basic WebMo with hosting for two years. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and the next highest scoring NGO will be selected as the winner.
  6. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants grant our company the right to use their organization's name and logo for promotional purposes related to the contest.
  7. Privacy: All personal information and data submitted by participants will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of administering the contest and awarding the prize. For further information, please refer to our Privacy policy.
  8. Liability: Our company shall not be liable for any claims, expenses, damages, or losses incurred by participants in connection with this contest.
  9. Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
  10. Agreement: By participating in the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
